Activate

We move in the market.

Strategy usually fails at execution, not at the idea. In an unfamiliar market even changing one display pulls in retailer approvals, logistics, staffing and scheduling all at once. In this stage we turn the agreed direction into something that actually happens in front of stores and customers.

You'll recognise this if

  • You have the shelf, and the shelf is doing nothing
  • An opening or launch date is set with no team on the ground to run it
  • Influencers are working, but you can't tell if it reaches the store
  • The trip is too short to justify sending someone, and too important not to

What happens in this stage

[ 01 ]

We align

We get the brand, the retailer and the on-site partners understanding the same goal and their own part in it. Strategy becomes language everyone can actually use.

[ 02 ]

We execute

Schedule, staffing, logistics, approvals and budget — held together in step with the brand and the retailer. Where something needs negotiating we stand between; where someone needs to be there, we go.

[ 03 ]

We record

What happened and how it landed gets written down. That becomes the basis for the next decision.

What you should know going in

We often get asked for a pop-up next month. Or told a new location opens in three weeks. Those dates rarely work as hoped. Retailer approval alone usually takes about six weeks, and where mall management approval is separate, add another two.

So the thing we do most often in a first meeting is rebuild the schedule. We don't just say no. We find what fits inside the window you have, or we work the timeline backwards together.

What you're left with

  • 01What actually happened, and what came of it
  • 02Relationships with the stores and partners
  • 03A line between what to repeat and what to drop
  • 04Content and material you can use again

Common questions

So one activation becomes a repeatable structure.

Sustain

Let's start by working outwhat matters most right now.

We listen first. What you need comes after that.
